Fix and update mailrc

- Set the MBOX and record variables relative to the folder directory

- Remove pager settings as 9term(1) handles it (it should just read
  my environment PAGER too)

- Don't set the 'from' variable (smtpd(8) handles that), that way
  this can be used by others without modification
